Bake4EDEN combines a working bakery with learning aims, apprenticeships and is working towards sustainable employment for young people.

We acquired our bakery in early 2020, our opening on the 1st Feb – as we now have to manage the effects of Covid we are looking at our business model and making plans on how we grow and develop in this new world.

Morning - open at 10am today- some smashing pies in the warmer from a local butcher. Also a selection of freshly made sandwiches- which have a variety of fillings - our lovely cheese toasties- and of course our great cheese scones πŸ§€
Some grab β€˜n go traybakes (to share - or not….) cold drinks and a hot cuppa on request (we can pop the kettle on)
This weeks sourdough loaves will be out of the oven on Thursday morning, only small batch bake - so put in your order so you don’t miss out! We are doing a white (in-bleached flour) this week. Our starter β€˜Beryl’ has a white & rye base which adds some great flavour into the dough - which is just flour, water and a bit of salt πŸ‘ŒπŸ»
