Small batch baking: flavours, textures and colours, entwined with passion, learning and pride.

Bake4EDEN combines a working bakery with learning aims, apprenticeships and is working towards sustainable employment for young people.

Tucked away in Sandgate, our little shop holds lots of delights!

Our daily bakers make some fabulous biscuits, cakes and sweet treats as well as our own homemade pies – savoury and sweet.

Weekly we make and bake Sourdough – the ‘old fashioned way’ a 24 hours process which creates a fabulous daily loaf – just flour, water & salt! We share our starter for free too!

Jake has started work experience at Bake, few weeks in now and Jake has been coached by Chloe. Settling in so well he’s flying solo and getting to grips with making our ginger and Anzac biscuits, on sale to have with a cuppa ☕️ at Cafe4EDEN and to buy in packs 🍪
