Bake4EDEN combines a working bakery with learning aims, apprenticeships and is working towards sustainable employment for young people.
We acquired our bakery in early 2020, our opening on the 1st Feb – as we now have to manage the effects of Covid we are looking at our business model and making plans on how we grow and develop in this new world.

Matthew reserved first of many achievement awards this morning, he can independently make the Mediterranean flatbread on his own with no support needed! Popped into bake today, just to help out with a big order.
You will have heard the saying - teach a man to fish… well 💗 it was so good to hear one of the trainees, training a new trainee, coaching, guiding, supporting, encouraging correcting and explains the process.
This just proves time, patience and understanding of how a person learns is vital - and who better to teach a new trainee than one who has thrived and is now a mentor.
